Graphic Retainers include:

  • 1 30 min. Check-In Call via Zoom or Google Meet each month

  • 5, 10, 15, 20, or Unlimited Graphics monthly

  • Design Choices Include: Electronic Flyers, Content Posts, Story Posts, Branding Templates, Instagram Highlight Covers, Business Card Designs, 4 x 6 Card Designs, Website Banner Designs, Motion Flyers, Emailer Designs, Website Maintenace and E-Book Cover Designs

  • 2 – 3 Revisions Per Design

  • 2 – 3 Business Days Turnaround for Initial Design

  • 1 – 2 Business Days Turnaround for Revised Design

  • Can only work on 3 – 5 graphics at a given time

  • Personal Client Portal for Communication

  • 15% off other Studio Eight Creative services

  • Monthly Retainers do not include Brand Identity Suites, Landing Pages, Product Development, Shipping Packaging, Full Book/Planner Designs, & Website Developments. For any of these services, regular Studio 8 Creative pricing will follow.

  • Unused graphics do not roll over into the new month.

  • 3-month minimum commitment

  • Full payment at the beginning  of each month

  • 1 30 min. Onboarding Call via Zoom or Google Meet

  • 1 Primary Logo

  • 1 Secondary Logo

  • 1 Submark Logo

  • The final files included are: PNG (Transparent), JPG (Solid Background), PDF (High-Resolution File), and EPS (Vector File)

  • 1 Brand Style Guide consisting of Brand Messaging, Ideal Client Profile, Mood Board, Brand Colors, Brand Typography, Logo Education & Social Media Content Plan  

  • 4 Pack Social Media Content Kit 

  • 2 Design Revisions during the project

  • 50% deposit at the start of the project

  • 50% due at the 3-week mark

We appreciate your commitment to Studio Eight Creative. Graphics within that month must be used and they do not roll over. Don’t worry, we’ll keep track of each graphic and notify you towards the end of the month with the amount of graphics you have remaining.

We value each client’s process and want to ensure we allow both the time and space to complete the project to your liking. Once the design process has begun there are no refunds.
